Apple notifications fixed? 💬
🔔 All iOS notifications I want are finally reported via the scheduled report.
It’s not due to iOS26, as things were still wrong after upgrading.
I did however create a new scheduled timeframe (at 12h, along the existing 8h & 22h) and disabled “badges” for each app. Not sure if this was needed, but now it works as I want it to be 😃

Proper fueling for endurance training 💬
🏃🏼 For a long time, I believed that “limited fueling” during runs would make me stronger in the long run, teaching my body to cope with less.
Turns out, it’s the opposite: fueling more actually helps performance and recovery.
